This is a short guide written for both Student Minisrty Leaders and Student Ministry Volunteers.  The Student Ministry Volunteer offers expectations, requirments, and suggestions for both leaders and volunteers in order to achive an integrated, discipleship-oriented ministry that imparts a church-wide, investment-culture pattern that students will take with them as they mature and grow into adults.
